311- Cicely

My girls like fairies very much and flowers too. I remember pretty little fairies from when I was a kid, they wore flowers as hats and dresses. I had to look them up and I found that they were drawn by a lady named Cicely Mary Barker. I decided to attempt to draw a fairy like hers. My fairy is not nearly as cute as the inspiration but I am pretty happy with it. I borrowed my older daughter's watercolor pencils to paint the fairy.
