25 - Milkweed Party

Milkweed has fascinated me since I was a kid, and I like to see it each fall. I found these plants along the road and stopped to take a picture. I had snapped a picture before I noticed the little red bugs all gathered looking like seeds. The painting is done in water color. After it all dried I think I would have liked a little more definition between the background and the foreground....
